N: Good morning Mr. Jones, I’m nurse Sandra. I am going to check your vital sign, may I?
P: Yes please nurse (The nurse is checking blood pressure, breath, pulse, temperature)
N: Your blood pressure 100/80 mmHg, and high temperature.
P: am I get a fever?
N: Yes sir, it is 39o.What do you feel right now, sir?
P: Very dizzy and when I try to stand I feel light headed.
N: Well Mr. Jones, it is seems we supposed to do laboratory check, so we’re going to take your blood and urine sample. Do you agree?
P: Yes, I do. Will you do it now?
N: Not me, but my partner, he will coming soon.


Conversation 2
N: Good morning Mr. Jones, I am Nurse Bryan. I think Nurse Sandra had told you that I am going to take your blood sample and urine sample.
P: Yes, she had. So, which one first?
N: I am going to take your blood sample first, it will give you little sting, please hold on and relax.
P: Ok ( the nurse doing the procedure)
N: Now, it’s time for take your urine sample. Please urinate in this cup until this line (show the line limit), you can go to the toilet in that corner (point the toilet)
P: Ok. (go to the toilet and urinate)
N: Well Mr. Jones, your blood and urine sample will be checked in laboratory
P: When will we know the lab result?
N: It will take several hours, sir. We will Inform you if the result come.
P: Thank you Nurse Bryan.
N: Most welcome
After a several hours
N: The lab result show that you had bad anemia, you need blood transfuse. Do you agree with it?
P: Ok. Anyway, How many bag do I need, nurse?
N: At least two bags. I will set the first bag, please tell me if you feel sudden itchy or warm in whole body.
P: yes, thank you nurse.

Conversation 3 (Mrs. Barbara is going to get caesarean section, she has been infused and Nurse Sandra is going to put catheter to her)
N: Good morning Mrs. Barbara. Because you are going to get operation, so you’ll need to use catheter.
P: what is it for, nurse?
N: It will catch your urine, so you don’t need to go to toilet to urinate.
P: Does it cause a pain?
N: Just a little pain, when I enter it, I’ll do it gently. Are you ok with that?
P: Yes I am
